my first Patek... well kind off...

in a very short while... it will be 2 years to the day since i exchanged marriage vows to the loveliest lady on the planet(in my eyes yuh ;) she has been a great wife and mother to our little boy and i thought of buying her a little gift... as you know, watches make pretty fine gifts... so to add to her collection of franck mullers(plural), rolex, gerald genta mickey mouse (she swears she's not a WIS, just bought them cause they looked pretty :) i got this most important lady in my life a Patek as her 2nd anniversary present :)

for me this is the most beautiful 'elegant style' ladies watch out there bar none... sure i've seen the franck mullers, the chopard happy diamonds, the girard perregaux cat's eyes, RM007, AP ladies royal oaks, the cartiers and the rolexes... but this one IS elegance & classy chic in a watch ;)

especially if theres any intention of passing it on to the next generation

now i dun understand why i had issues with the quartz movement...
its looks, practicality for ladies, trump any
'quartz resistance in a swiss luxury timepiece' i had BIG TIME :)

(ladies' watches that i don't fancy in no particular order... tag heuer(all of em), Audemars piguet millenary(all of em), ebel(all of em...only giselle is worth any attention :), blancpain(yawn), Vacheron constantin(ehh whats that supposed to be exactly?), Zenith(too painful to even look at), UN(nope), baume and mercier(uhm nope), GO(their mens watches are better), Hublot(no thanks), Lange(mens watches better), corum(many weird ones...), delaneau(too flowery or too fierce), breguet(doesn't interest me)... and of course there are so many others out there that are not even worth mentioning... so easily the best choice for me and my wife LOVES it too... most excellent ;)
